About

“Something feels off.” If you’ve felt this before, know that you are not alone. Many of my clients come to me with this feeling. I help people of all ages who are going through life transitions. I also see people experiencing anxiety or depression and help them work through buried or minimized traumas. My clients often feel like something is wrong with them or feel like outsiders. They are people who think about the bigger picture in life but may not know how to apply that to their lives.

I engage individuals and couples in the present moment to reduce anxiety and depression and improve emotional well-being. I help increase self-awareness and find purpose and happiness. My directive, interactive, and insight-oriented approach focuses on the mind and body with mindful-based techniques and solution-focused collaborative guidance.

I focus on identifying what emotional hurdles are preventing my clients from emotional well-being, which derives from having more satisfying, fulfilling, and healthy relationships with themselves and others. Let’s work through that helpless feeling and take back the reigns of your life.
