About

I wonder if as you attempt to find a therapist, the blur of similar messages to you about what therapy means to me and what kinds of therapy I do, will simply put you to sleep. Congratulations! You have found a slightly less boring presentation on what I do. Very simply, I help people get better. Depression, fear, fighting with the people important to you, estrangement, sadness, fed up with the life you currently have. You can change it. I listen. I try to find out what is specifically important to you and help you change what is not working. That's it. Listen to Gabor Mate to get a little of a sense of what I believe. View 4 Photos

What I offer is 45 years of working as a therapist. I know, I look too young for this to be true (good lighting). After 45 years you learn some things. I am good at helping people move through transition (divorce, death, childhood trauma, new career, moving overseas, you get the point.) I am a change agent. Let's change what you don't like in your life.

Trust and take the next step. Stop scrolling. We all, if we are lucky, will find the right therapist. I have often been asked why people get better, answer: because they are ready. They decide (wisely) they want something better. Life is an incredible journey. Pick up the phone.
