About

In my practice, I utilize EMDR therapy to support clients in processing and overcoming traumatic or stressful experiences. EMDR is a proven, evidence-based approach that helps individuals reprocess distressing memories and reduce the emotional charge associated with them. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Through EMDR, I work with you to identify and reframe negative beliefs and emotional responses, fostering healing and resilience.

I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and doing that work is most possible in an environment that is warm and non-judgmental. I take a whole-person approach that is grounded in EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and Attachment Theory. I also have extensive training in yoga and Reiki.

If you are struggling and are seeking a compassionate and effective approach to therapy, I would be honored to support you on your journey to healing. Please feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation or to learn more about how EMDR therapy can help you.
