I specialize in treating adult survivors of childhood neglect, abuse, and trauma. I also have special training to work with individuals/partners/couples impacted by sex addiction, and with families affected by ADHD. More recently, I completed training at Integrative Psychiatry Institute to offer Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) services, and I'm licensed in Oregon to provide psilocybin facilitation and integration at my licensed psilocybin service center (TryptoniteTrail.Guide). I also provide PAT wrap-around services (screening, prep, and integration) through WellbeingTrailhead.com. I find the work of helping others heal to be extraordinarily rewarding. It's an honor and privilege to be a character in the stories of my clients as they move toward wellbeing. What my credentials don't capture is the heart-centered experience my clients receive. Perhaps I can care for you and your family? I consider my own journey of healing from childhood abuse of all kinds, in the context of extreme, rigid religious and family environments, to be one of my most essential tools. In my view, a counselor is only as effective as the work she has done on herself. I can say from personal experience, the view from the top of the climb is spectacular!
