Healing is possible! From my own personal journey, I've come to understand that healing is not always a straightforward process. It often comes in waves, presenting us with opportunities to revisit past hurts with a newfound sense of insight and understanding. Life is full of challenges, and it takes courage to navigate them. I like to think of it as sailing through storms that come and go. Some storms are worse than others, but eventually, they pass, leaving us knowing we can get through even the worst of times. I have over 30 years of experience in treating people with issues of grief, sexual concerns, LGBTQIA2S+ issues, caregiver stress, post-ICU syndrome, and illnesses that impact the quality of life, such as cancer and Long Covid. I also work with healthcare providers coping with stress and burnout. I also work with those experiencing depression and anxiety. As a Health Psychologist, I believe in creating a safe space to support healing and growth holistically that includes the individual's emotional, physical, and social well-being. I aim to help you achieve optimal well-being and live a fulfilling life. Thank you for considering my services.
