About

My clients are people who have had an emotional injury of some sort. They come with psychological pain seeking relief from the stress, anxiety, and depression it brings. They want the emotional pain to stop. Some common issues are grief, forced change, conflict, spiritual trauma, individuation, transitions, or seeing that you are not the person you want to be and desire to become your best self. These are some of the struggles I have successfully helped others navigate to find a more fulfilling life. We work together. I see you with a holistic lens and I am present. You are welcome to a consultation at no cost for an opinion.

We are complex creatures. Behavior is intertwined with the whole of who we are. Working with someone who "gets who you are as a whole" and accepts you just as you are is foundational to effective, satisfying therapy. I'm experienced in working with life issues, emotions, relationships, health changes, spiritual issues, self-development, and finding purpose.

Though honest and direct with my observations, I exhibit a high level of empathy and respect. I am a lifelong learner with full life experience and education with 47 years as a healer. I consider my work a sacred privilege and only want to work with those who want to improve their lives no matter the circumstances. We find hope and move forward.
