You may be searching for sense of belonging, and find it difficult to authentically express yourself while protecting your experience. You may be navigating high stress lifestyles that create an uncomfortable, at times painful, friction between your dedication to help and the "running on empty" feeling. You know the things you should be doing, but you're not sure why you can't bring yourself to do follow through. It could be a recent high impact stressor (birth trauma or new parenthood), or a nagging thought that "the way I grew up has something to do with this...". I want to help, and I'd love to offer my support. I maintain a trauma informed lens, using my experience working with attachment and developmental trauma throughout the life course and humanistically apply modern relational psychoanalytic techniques, occasional IFS, and somatic experiencing. I find polyvagal and nervous system awareness extend relief outside of session. While I have a propensity for specialty issues, I believe my greatest asset is the relationship I build with the client. Every session with every Client is different, and our space is a creative landscape where your pain can be soothed, wounds can heal. I have found twice weekly sessions are beneficial for some clients in the trenches, those are available.
