About

I offer safe and accessible telehealth - virtual counseling sessions. Even positive transitions can be challenging, hard to understand, or embarrassing to discuss. School transitions, career changes, divorce, domestic violence, parenting differences, personal loss, dating issues, or other life transitions can sometimes seem overwhelming. Because of these changes, you may feel angry, confused, sad, conflicted, or alone. I am here for you, to help you develop skills to cope with life’s changes. View 8 Photos

To help accomplish change, I offer client-focused, mindful, cognitive behavioral, and solutions-focused therapies. As a social investigator, I assist families with contentious divorce issues. I have 20 years’ experience working with the court system as a child advocate, and 7 years’ working with survivors of domestic violence.

My counseling style is warm, accepting, client-focused, and honest. I genuinely care about each person. My goal is to establish a trusting, positive counseling relationship to help you meet your personal goals. When you are ready to take that first step towards positive change, email or call me!
