About

I strive to create a space for clients to feel comfortable and welcome. I specialize in the areas of maternal mental health/motherhood, grief therapy, and young adult mental health. I support women through fertility, pregnancy/postpartum, birth trauma, infant loss, medical termination, NICU experiences, and the various stages of motherhood. I also have unique experience working with parents navigating infant and pediatric medical complexity and death and death of a loved one. In addition, I have extensive experience working with young adults navigating college, graduate school, parent loss/grief, relationships, and career stressors.

I have a conversational yet direct style and an eclectic approach that utilizes various modalities to meet my clients needs. I listen to your individual story and support you in your therapy journey. I have specialized training for maternal mental health through postpartum support international and grief through Harvard Medical School and The Dougy Center.

I strongly believe the relationship with your therapist is incredibly important in your therapy journey. If you are interested in working together or are wondering if I would be a good fit, please reach out.
