About

Making the choice to start therapy can feel daunting, but it can be a rewarding and healing experience. Therapy is a space where you can express thoughts and feelings without judgment. You can explore and heal, learn and observe, and work towards the goals and values that you identify as important. I assist people in discovering peace and comfort within their lives through acceptance skills, mindfulness practices, and self compassion, as well as exploring and healing from past experiences and traumas.

I specialize in working with adults who experience anxiety, depression, grief or life transitions, and trauma. I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brainspotting, and mindfulness practices into our sessions, which helps relieve distress and tension and support of the connection between the body and the mind.

Therapy is a safe place to figure things out and to learn new ways of expressing yourself. I believe you possess strengths to overcome what you are facing, which will lead you to the peace or healing you seek. As a therapist, I am here to guide and support with compassion, acceptance, and respect for all parts of who you are.
