Hi, I’m Mary Ann! I am excited to hear your story! You have had unique life experiences that have impacted you in many ways and have brought you to this moment of searching for increased healing and wellness. I am honored to be a witness to your journey of healing and to support you as you further develop your self-awareness and your personal insight. I believe that you already have within you the strength and the wisdom to continue to learn and to progress and to create the peace and the hope that you desire and deserve. And I am here to help you discover your way. I have enjoyed working as a social worker for the past 23 years, and I have learned so much from each of my clients! I have a passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma, loss, and/or abuse. I have been trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Expressive Art Therapy, and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
