I provide counseling to help people cope with change and manage stress. I work to build relationships with clients where there is mutual respect and trust. I began my counseling career in 2007, providing counseling to families in a hospice setting. Listening to their stories, I found a passion for helping people adjust to change. I saw that people who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss often cope with negative thoughts. These thoughts tell an incomplete story. I help clients identify inner strengths, practice healthy coping and see new possibilities. Belief in a person's ability to adapt and change empowers them to tell a more complete story.
