About

Since beginning my private practice in 1995, I have worked with adult individuals, couples and families who are seeking to find resolution to challenges in their lives, I strive to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where together we work on finding solutions to the issues that they are being confronted with. Even when we consider ourselves to be strong and independent people, we all reach a point in which life is just "too much".

Whether dealing with relationships (spousal, blended families, divorce or remarriage) emotional (depression, anxiety, fear, loss) life transitions (career change, relocation), we will work together to help you find your way again. My clients are highly functional individuals who find that their coping skills may no longer be effective.

I began my career at Ridgeview Institute in 1989 and began my private practice in 1995, since then I have had the privilege to work with a wide variety of clientele. I am also proud to serve the Hispanic community, as Spanish is my native language.
