About

I believe that successful therapy work begins with a good relationship between therapist and client, and therefore seek to ensure a common ground to build upon. Early in my career I discovered that often presenting issues have roots from our childhood experiences and relationships. I have dedicated much of my training since to becoming proficient in working with trauma and dissociative symptoms. The good news is that we can process these experiences, and grow to create a greater quality of life!

I collaborate with clients to address a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and general life stressors. I utilize my training in trauma, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and expressive arts to assist clients reach their goals in healing and experiencing a greater quality of life.

Reaching out can sometimes feel like a difficult step, but I encourage you to recognize your worth for greater self care. Please feel free to contact me to discuss whether or not we may be a good fit. You are worthy.
