About

It is my goal to create an environment for others to learn how to hope, cope and achieve. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to my client's specified needs. Together we can find solutions in order to manage emotions, increase communication, build self-esteem, encouraging growth and identifying strengths.

Evidence Based Practice Therapeutic Interventions and strategies that help with symptoms and behaviors of Depression, Anxiety, Trauma Disorders (TF-CBT), Grief and Loss, adjustment disorders, life skills, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Anger Management, suicide prevention strategies, and conduct disorder.

My passion is to help individuals to heal by learning to hope cope and achieve, and to become the best version of themselves. This can happen with learning to love self through nurturing, acceptance, setting boundaries and minimizing difficult behaviors.
