About

Are you wondering if therapy is the right choice for you or a loved one? It can be hard to make that step of trust, especially when you are faced with challenges in your life. I believe in a person’s total wellness. I want to be apart of helping others make connections between the wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.

My approach to therapy is collabortive. I believe there is a shared responsibility in helping you achieve your goals. One size does not fit all and my approach to therapy is tailored to fit your unique needs. I welcome the opportunity to help you gain insight and skills to handle life’s challenges.

Change begins when you decide to take a step. Progress takes time, so don’t be hard on yourself. As your therapist, I am on the journey with you.
