About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania with over 7 years of experience working with adults, couples, and families. My focus is on helping clients process trauma, anxiety, depression, spirituality, and LGBTQI and gender issues. I completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Rutgers University and earned my Bachelor's in Psychology and Religious Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University, where I studied Eastern Religion and Philosophy. I was classically trained in meditation by the religious leaders at my local temple, which has greatly informed my therapeutic practice. View 5 Photos

In addition to this spiritual background, I have professional training in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBST), which allows me to incorporate mindfulness in a balanced and meaningful way. I use multiple treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

I understand that finding spirituality or meaning can be difficult when you feel your choices are limited. Whether you are deeply religious, atheist, or unsure about the concept of a higher power, I can help guide you toward a deeper connection with yourself and your healing. If you're ready to explore that journey, schedule an appointment today!
