The decision to come to therapy can be scary. There are so many unknowns, especially if you have never done this before. I am here to stand and walk with you through every step of the process of change and healing- It gets better. My goal in my relationship with you is to make sure that you feel safe and comfortable enough to be yourself. I have a passion for working with children and adolescents; ages 10 to 17 with feeding and eating disorders. I welcome adults of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image concerns, anger management, and trauma. You are not alone. It gets better.
