Having worked for over 20 years in a Community Mental Health setting, I learned to handle whatever issue walked in the door. I also gained a great deal of crisis experience during these years. I have since left that setting and now work as an Independent Contractor psychologist doing psychological evaluations and individual therapy. Over the years, I've been blessed to work with some amazing clients and to watch them make positive changes in their lives. I'll do my best to help you reach your goals as well. As one of the only testing psychologists in my area, I've learned to administer psychological evaluations for a wide variety of referral sources and presenting concerns. I also enjoy working one-on-one with clients as they work to address their immediate and longer-term stressors. Clients tell me they've been referred to me because I'm easy to talk to, have a good sense of humor (think dad jokes), make them feel important, and really try to understand their unique situation. It's amazing to become part of their lives in this way and I hope to have the opportunity to help many others throughout the remainder of my career.
