Are you ready to live better? If you struggle with anxiety, anger, stress, depression, grief, or have experienced trauma, I can help. I have received undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rutgers University and a graduate degree from Case Western Reserve University. I am a psychotherapist who provides a safe and welcoming environment for you to process difficult experiences and ultimately heal and find peace. I provide individual therapy and often work with individuals from the LGBTQAI+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer+) community and those who have experienced trauma. Being a member of the queer community has guided my journey through life. I deeply honor and embrace the diversity in sexuality, gender, and life experiences that my clients bring. I view therapy as a journey, one where my compassionate and non-judgmental approach empowers clients to navigate the healing process and work toward a brighter future. My goal is to help clients regain a sense of control, confidence, and authenticity, enabling them to live fulfilling lives that are fully aligned with their true selves.
