My hope is to be a first step in overcoming feelings of isolation and loneliness. If your world has been turned upside-down, either from the loss of a loved one or life's hardships, let's connect. Learning how to trust and practice new life skills are foundational in moving forward in relationships. I work with those dealing with loss, depression, anxiety, trauma and other life-controlling issues. My goal, together with you, is to develop a path forward. I help individuals & couples pursue change that brings health and healing. Insight is helpful, but change comes through a new experience. Asking for help can be the hardest thing to do. It takes courage! No one is immune to pain and hardship. If you feel like I would be a good fit for you, I would be honored to work with you.
