Many people that pursue psychotherapy do so because they feel stuck. The goal of therapy is the clarification of what we actually think and feel toward the goal of getting unstuck, and becoming who you are meant to be. Life presents challenges. I have also focused on couples, working with those in crisis or simply seeking to improve communication and deepen their relationship. My goal is to be as clear and transparent as possible. No games, no tricks, no manipulation. I educate about emotional health, to destigmatize the presence of common problems and challenges--so that we don't add to them by assuming that we are the only ones who struggle sometimes.
