I am open to meeting with clients who are experiencing uncertainty and dis-ease at this particular time of their life and who are looking to meet with a therapist who will join with them in further exploring options, choices and coping strategies they may not have yet considered or realized regarding their unique needs and situation, all within the therapeutic connection, clinical skills, guidance, empathy, compassion and understanding of the therapy relationship. You are the author of your life and I look forward to working together as you explore possibilities for yourself. I come to this profession as a person and professional with life-changing personal therapy experience and over 30 years of clinical experience. I will challenge you in the therapy process in a non-judgmental and empathic manner as we work together to meet your needs and next steps along your life.
