About

I work primarily with young adults and teens. I take a direct and person centered approach in guiding my clients to help them recognize their strengths and foster personal growth. I believe that building rapport between a client and therapist is essential in fostering an open, safe, and accepting environment. I work collaboratively with clients to understand ways to cope in a healthy way while processing how thoughts may be impacting feelings and behaviors. If you are someone who is looking to work on personal growth and overcome struggles in your life, I am here to help.

I have a background in both school counseling and mental health counseling. Many of my clients are dealing with things like stress related to social concerns, school, work, executive functioning, and relationships, as well as varying levels of anxiety, and depression.

I look forward to speaking with you about your goals for therapy. Please email me to set up a free 15 minute consultation to see if I would be the right fit for you.
