I am committed to providing therapy services that is both compassionate and empowering. I work with adults, adolescents and families. My approach to family therapy is through a systemic perspective. Trying to understand individual behavior within the context of the family. My approach to therapy is to help process thoughts and feelings in an environment that is safe and non-judgmental. I have experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, behavioral issues, attachment disorders, abuse, anger and marital and family issues. I aim to address the symptoms as well as identifying the deeper roots of present challenges. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe environment that is non-judgmental and compassionate.
