Hello. My name is Marina Ramirez and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been a therapist for 6 years. Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed with life's challenges and adversities? Maybe you just need guidance and help to alleviate your day? I would like to be that person to help you get through your day and help you start a journey of awareness, growth and strength. My background includes serving clients of an array of ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship problems. I work with an array of therapeutic approaches that best fit the client's needs and wants. The most common ones that I have used are CBT, Gestalt, SFT, and Narrative. I provide services in a relaxed, and safe environment, where I use humor and appropriate self- disclosure to meet the client where they are at.
