About

Reaching out for help is often intimidating, especially if you are unsure where to begin. Everyone’s therapeutic process will look different, and I’m eager to work with you to discover what that will be. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is most important in this process, and I understand the need to find a good fit. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, significant life transitions, trauma, self-esteem challenges, etc., I will walk with you along your path to healing. Therapy can be a tool to increase self-compassion, understand our emotions, improve relationships, and offer healing.

We all have narratives that guide our lives. Sometimes we get stuck in a narrative that is no longer effective, or we have a difficult time making sense of our experiences. Talking with someone from an objective point of view can help you make sense of your experiences and find meaning in them. I am also a trauma-informed clinician and trained in EMDR.

Pain is inevitable in life, but we have the freedom to choose how we respond. Holocaust survivor, Viktor Frankl stated, “What is to give light must endure burning.” You do not have to be alone in your journey, and it would be an honor to help you rediscover your light.
