About

My personal journey into the world of therapy began as a child of a parent who struggled with mental illness. This experience opened my eyes to the power of support, and by middle school, I knew I wanted to become a therapist to help others in the same way I had been helped.

My primary therapeutic approach is solution-focused therapy, a goal-oriented method that emphasizes strengths and solutions instead of focusing solely on problems. This approach is effective for children, teen, adults, and families, encouraging clients to envision their desired future and identify practical steps to achieve their goals.

In my practice, I prioritize being intentional, supportive, and fun-loving. While my Southern accent has faded, my Louisiana spirit shines through my work. I deeply value the relationships I build with my clients and their families, striving to bring warmth, authenticity, and a touch of humor to every session.
