Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Life can get really heavy sometimes. I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from an intentional, safe, supportive, empathetic space and companion. Having been in the field for well over a decade has given me the opportunity to gain expertise in a variety of issues, particularly in treating anxiety, substance use, ADHD, existential angst, relationship issues, and transitions. I am a neurodiverse and LGBTQIA affirming provider. A strengths based approach is the foundation of my work. I approach sessions with compassion and an open heart. Therapy is big work, but can also be fun. We can hold space for laughter and tears, whatever is needed at any given time. Therapy can be a great tool for getting back on track. And if you need help finding or creating your desired track, we can work on that together too. I am not a 'sit quietly and nod' type of therapist, sessions with me are interactive. We will collaborate to develop an individualized treatment plan to address your specific needs and hopes.
