About

If you are struggling with perfectionism, feeling torn, understanding yourself, or being compassionate to yourself, reach out! Therapy can be an incredible place to bring who we are: our strengths, supports, complexities, fears, vulnerability, and experiences. My goal is to foster a space where you can notice what you are feeling and process your hurt while learning to be more compassionate to yourself.

My work draws on concepts from Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness that focus on understanding how emotions show up in our bodies, gaining insight into the impact of our past on our present, and reintegrating past parts of ourselves that have been hurt.

My goal is to build a collaborative and trusting space with you. I work Monday through Wednesdays from 9 to 4pm both online and in person. Reach out over email to set up a 15 minute consult. Looking forward to meeting you!
