There are times we all can use some support and motivation to make adjustments in our lives. If you are in need for a change and want to make a change ... I would like to help! I am a caring therapist with many years of clinical experience working with family, couple, individual with mental health issues, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, substance abuse or addictions. I also provide DWI/DUI assessment. Through empathy approach, I help client discover new avenues to deal with their problems positively, take control over of their daily stressors and look forward to a new beginning. Treatment outcome is client driven. I am nonjudgmental and offer a safe space to listen and help client address issues that are impacting or threatening their well-being. Throughout the healing phase, I work collaboratively with clients, families and monitoring agencies. I am highly motivated to assist clients and families in exploring their journey to total wellness.
