I strongly believe that YOU are the expert on yourself. That being said, at times it is helpful to have a trained professional to support you in exploring places you may feel stuck in life, unhelpful patterns, and strategies for growing and moving forward. I offer both counseling and Art Therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I offer a nurturing and safe space for my clients to connect to core values and find the motivation and courage to move in their chosen directions. I am authentic, non-judgmental, and have a good sense of humor, and I believe in practicing the skills I help clients with in my own personal life. In my spare time I like to garden, spend time in nature, and I am a passionate student of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions about counseling or Art Therapy.
