Everyone needs an advocate, a guide, an ally, and a catalyst toward healing and wholeness, whether for themselves or their relationships. As a therapist I have helped families, couples and individuals find connection and repair within their relationships and self-identity. We will pursue different avenues toward change and reconciliation through breaking those toxic cycles that just don't seem to go away, as well as learning to authentically communicate and problem solve in relationships. You will be respected, empowered and challenged as we journey toward greater health with yourself and loved ones. I work in many areas including trauma, identity, sexual addiction, technology addictions, sexual abuse, attachment, teen/young adult issues, and spirituality.
