Hello! My name is Mariana Gutierrez, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working in the Central Texas area. Life can feel difficult and overwhelming at times. Whether this is managing stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, depression or trauma. I believe in providing a supportive, safe and nonjudgmental environment in which we work in a collaborative manner to problem-solve, improve coping skills and find the support you need. I work with adults. I have a special interest in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem, anger management, life transitions, stress management and adjustment issues. I seek to create a supportive atmosphere to help foster the therapeutic relationship. Together we can work towards empowering and obtaining the necessary skills to to meet your goals and achieve wellness.
