About

My goal through therapy is to empower my clients to overcome personal barriers and reach their full potential. I accomplish this through a holistic, trauma-informed approach integrating an assortment of evidence based modalities to meet the needs of my clients. Trained in all areas of wellness, I teach a variety of classes. Since 2009, I’ve worked extensively in social work, job development, non-profit, and community mental health. The areas I feel most passionate about include: post traumatic growth, wellness, community, environmental awareness, equity, inclusion, parenting and developing healthy, interdependent relationships.

Along with a Masters Degree in Clinical-Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, I’ve been trained in Trauma Resiliency, Addictions, and DBT. I contracted with Vocational Rehabilitation providing job development, specializing in assisting individuals with disabilities by building skills, finding meaningful employment and redirection in their lives.

Resilience, hope, joy, strength, purpose, and compassion lies within each of us. I provide each of my clients a safe place to share, learn, and grow. It is exciting to watch as they achieve life goals and discover the ability to live their most authentic life. As William Shakespeare said, “To thine own self be true.” Let's go on that journey together!
