Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I have experience working with all ages on many issues including attachment, anxiety, anger, impulsivity, and low self-esteem. I also work with complex families dealing with family conflict. Therapy provides a safe space that nurtures exploration, reflection, growth and change. I believe that being interactive and having a strong, caring connection with clients is essential to providing successful therapy. I’m passionate about empowering individuals in their journey to better their quality of life into a life they deserve. My approach focuses on reprogramming your old stories & limiting beliefs, building skills, and deepening your self-understanding to gain a sense of inner strength and self- compassion and through this, a fuller life. My experience as a school behavioral counselor and former teacher enables me to train parents on advocating for their child's needs within the school setting. I offer short and long-term support, individual, family, child (ages 8 and up) and adolescent therapy as well as parent coaching.
