Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Feeling sad, anxious or overwhelmed? I’m here to listen. I believe that therapy should be accessible for all who seek support and guidance. In my practice, I strive to create a nurturing and safe environment where my clients feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives. I am passionate about helping clients find more effective ways to cope with grief, loss, anxiety, depression and other stressors so that they can find a sense of hope, joy, and contentment. I have experience working with clients across the lifespan on issues including anxiety, depression, grief, infertility and illness. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with young adults, children in foster care, homeless youth, as well as home-bound individuals. I have received training in CBT, mindfulness, grief counseling, EMDR and other modalities. I believe in the importance of developing a strong, collaborative relationship with each client so that I can tailor services to best meet the needs of the individual. Life is stressful enough, finding a supportive therapist shouldn’t be! Feel free to reach out to schedule a brief phone consultation. Online counseling is available for those who qualify.
