About

I am a graduate clinician working towards my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and will graduate May 2025. I am passionate about helping people reach their goals and feel empowered to make changes in their lives. I feel that the therapeutic relationship is vital and I want every client that walks through my door to feel safe and validated. I also believe in the wellness model and will often use cognitive behavioral therapy in sessions.

I have experience working with individuals and families. I help clients work through a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, women's issues, behavioral issues, autism, ADHD, life transitions, and addictions.

Life is too short to be anything, but happy. Let's work together to reach your goals and improve your well-being.
