I am skilled at treating a range of mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relational issues, substance use disorders, and addiction. I believe in utilizing a holistic approach to treatment while using various evidenced based modalities including MCBT, ACT, and Gottman Method (completed Level 3). I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida with 17 years of experience. I am passionate about serving individual and couples from various ethnic backgrounds and sexual orientation. I build rapport with clients through a compassionate approach while meeting each client where they are at in their journey.
