My areas of specialty include adult ADHD (I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider,) anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions and stress management. Are you struggling with ADHD symptoms including emotional dysregulation, poor time management, trouble starting or finishing tasks, and/or job or school stress? ADHD is so much more than what is typically known. I would love to talk with you about how to understand your ADHD and help you put some effective strategies in place. We can work on other issues that may be affecting your quality of life so that you can feel happy, productive and joyful. I believe that each client is the expert in his or her own life and that my job is to offer insights and techniques that "feel right" for the client, while providing a supportive, non-judgmental counseling relationship that fosters trust and personal growth. I use cognitive-behavioral techniques - developing new ways of thinking about feelings and events, identifying and developing strengths, and collaboration on counseling goals.
