My life took on a whole other meaning growing up as a military dependent and after the death of my Mother. Through it all, I've learned that life is a matter of perspective. I love more passionately, I'm not religious, but my faith has come full circle. There's a quote that speaks volumes and has become the mission behind Lotus of Life Counseling: 'The lotus flower rises through the mud before blooming. It moves past challenges and keeps growing.' I'm here to help you rise and bloom through the murk of life, if you so choose. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, lost, empty, lonely, unsure, sad, angry, scared, guilty, ashamed, on the verge of a breakdown, and/or questioning who you are...there's always an answer and another choice. Let me guide you. I tend to take a compassionate, realistic, and holistic approach. Same day appointments possible, Monday through Saturday (No Wednesdays or Sundays). No need to miss work or school.
