Whether you are struggling with mental health issues, your identity, or just need someone to talk to, I believe help should be non-judgmental and accessible to everyone. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, high school and college students, people of all spiritual or religious beliefs (including people without religious beliefs), and self-identified “people-pleasers.” I was a professor of film and media for over a decade when I decided to change direction in my life and earn my Masters in Social Work. So, I understand how intimidating change can be; I also know how important it is in order for us to grow. I offer a collaborative space for adolescents and adults who are ready to take steps toward change. I look forward to connecting with you!
