Hello! My name is Margaret “Stephanie” Ruanto and I am an LCSW practicing statewide and online in KY. I believe in matching my therapy styles to the individual needs of my clients with a blend of person- centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I have over 35 years of clinical experience and enjoy working with adults of all ages. I have a broad clinical background and have had experience with a wide range of psychiatric illnesses. I understand that reaching out for support can be difficult and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients. I work to avoid overly formal or jargon-filled sessions and try to meet each client with support that mirrors their background and comfort level. Within the first two sessions, I work with clients to identify and prioritize their most pressing concerns or problem areas. Together we will tailor reasonable and measurable goals to achieve the fastest possible relief from overwhelming emotions.
