About

Hi there! I imagine you are looking for a therapist as you want to feel better, find some relief in your day to day life, process trauma, or set aside some time to intentionally design your life. Step by step, we can do some healing, create clarity, explore different parts of you, build a more stable foundation, and identify your values you want to live your life by. I am a trauma-informed therapist in her late 30s who is a half-time therapist, half-time creative, and full-time human. I believe all humans deserve access to mental health care and I utilize a financial justice sliding scale at my practice.

Questions we could explore: Is trauma from your childhood coming up in daily life? Are deep insecurities holding you back? Is life's uncertainty creating anxiety? Have you experienced the loss of a loved one, a pet, a relationship, or a dream? Are you struggling with your physical health? Do you experience oppression from the world of an identity you hold?

I am compassionate, relatable, and my clients have expressed to me that their favorite quality about me as a therapist is that they never feel judgement from me, only support. If you feel this relates to what you are looking for, reach out and we can connect for a 15 minute consult and see if it feels like a good fit.
