About

I come alongside clients to support them in their healing journey. My job is to help my clients remember the connection they have lost with their bodies. When we were babies we were fully in touch with our needs and feelings. Because of participation in society and woundings of various forms (including social, physical, emotional, environmental, spiritual, relational, familial, etc.) we have disconnected from our bodies (our information centers). In session I support clients by creating a safe container for them to reconnect with themselves. A caterpillar uses pieces of earth to create a cocoon to transform into a moth.

The process of transformation from caterpillar to moth involves turning into goo. Sometimes this process involves going into dark places. I am comfortable with goo and I can be a guide in dark places because I have a light. I have tool boxes full of tools that we can pull out to find the tools that work.

We are a team and we work together to pursue the goals that clients have. Every client is on their own journey so therapy looks different for everyone. We can talk, feel, move, draw, make art, we can explore stillness, and other things. If you feel like we would be a good match, reach out so we can set up a free consultation session.
