Coaching focuses on learning NEW relational skills TODAY that you can USE tomorrow in your relationships. I have 10+ years treating couples in a clinical setting. I have created my couples coaching program based on years of experience and hundreds of couples. Coaching is a great fit if BOTH of you are committed to growing together. Coaching immediately addresses old patterns and starts the process of changing unhealthy dynamics. Coaching includes education and laser-focused feedback. Please note: if you are looking for couples therapy, this is not what I provide. My clinical practice is not accepting new clients. My coaching program focuses on teaching communication skills, conflict management skills, and relational skills (these are the most complicated and why most relationships fail). You will learn how to be different in your communication with one another from day 1. Check out my mini-course to start changing together! Couples who reach out to me often describe their relationships as disconnected, lonely, confusing, having poor communication, poor conflict management, and having tried "everything." My focus is on teaching, modeling, and providing clients with resources and skills they can use immediately to create connection and improve their relationship.
