Accepting New Clients: I believe my clients are experts on themselves; sometimes they just need someone else to help them problem solve and listen. My Master of Education degree from Widener University, focuses on human sexuality, so my specialization is sex and relational therapy. However, I also work with individuals for concerns including anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I utilize a systemic approach while incorporating theoretical interventions. Theoretical models that I frequently employ include behavioral theory, narrative theory, and motivational interviewing. Trauma focused therapy and somatic practices are incorporated throughout my work. I use various interventions to craft the therapeutic process for each individual I cultivate a therapeutic environment rooted in empathy, validation, enthusiasm, and authenticity. I commit to collaborating with you through this therapeutic journey. I utilize humor, warmth, and directness when needed, to create a safe, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
