When difficult emotions or experiences interfere with our ability to enjoy life, it can be hard to figure out what to do. You might feel stuck in patterns that are stopping you from fully engaging in the life you want to live. I work with you to process what may be contributing to your pain and to recognize your many strengths within. We each deserve to be seen and understood for all that we are by someone who cares. My work is informed by psychodynamic, relational and internal family systems (IFS) approaches. Together, we will pay special attention to how your past is informing your present, and welcome all parts of you to be heard so that you can nurture new ways of relating with yourself and others. You can expect me to be warm, engaged, and direct when needed. Starting therapy can be a daunting process and finding the right fit is important. I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to ensure that you feel comfortable with me and my therapeutic approach. I welcome all questions and concerns that may arise.
