I particularly enjoy working with young adults who are going through a difficult time navigating the transition from early to mature adulthood, perhaps wrestling with issues around relationships, work, family, self-identity and performance; struggling with chronic feelings of anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem; or feeling they don't have the tools they need to manage life. I have over 25 years of experience working with both women and men; all are welcome. Research now shows that our brains can make new neurological connections well into old age. Most of the problems you carry into adulthood come from early experiences and learned ways of coping that are difficult to change on your own. Therapy can help you change your brain consciously, in the directions you want. I am a skilled therapist, bringing a warm, supportive, integrated approach to my work. I utilize brain science, EMDR, cognitive-behavioral and somatic-based therapies to help you feel better and more in control of your life. I am now working remotely and accepting new clients as space is available. I would love to hear from you!
