Psychotherapy and Clinical Supervision. I am currently not expanding my psychotherapy practice but am available for clinical supervision to other licensed clinicians. I have been providing supervision to other therapists, both new to the field and seasoned for over 35 years. My clinical experience and training is diverse and my approach is eclectic, adapting to the unique needs of each individual. My background is psychodynamic with a current emphasis upon Internal Family Systems. I worked in a community mental health setting for over 10 years before settling into my current private practice. I am guided by the belief that we have within us the capacity to heal. My role is to aid in identifying and removing the obstacles that block one from experiencing deeper levels of emotional health and contentment. When working with couples differentiation is a primary goal, allowing each partner to witness the other with curiosity and compassion. It is a privilege to join my clients in a process of growth and healing. I look forward to hearing from you and helping to assist you in yours. In addition to psychotherapy, providing supervision to other therapists is deeply satisfying. Given the demands of our work and the isolating nature of it I believe supervision is essential in private practice.
